They made sure that my late-night drinking needs were met and provided an excellent 5-star service. The hotel's location was perfect as it was near Russell Square and the British Museum in Bloomsbury and various eateries. the rooms were clean, and the hotel provided excellent breakfast. the hotel facilities were great, and I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

What set this hotel apart was the small gift I received every day, which made my stay even more pleasant. Despite the room being a bit small, it was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities like coffee/tea set, cookies, and various water bottles. The highlight of my stay was the great breakfast provided. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I return.

Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast, served by attentive staff. A special mention goes to the lovely outside area, where guests can enjoy drinks in the afternoon sun.

As youngsters, we loved the fantastic location just moments from Russel Square. The hotel had a lovely and quirky decor throughout, which added a stylish touch to our stay. We especially enjoyed the hot chocolate station in the lounge and the turn-down service, which gave us a taste of old-school hospitality.
